Features of Aska Special Valves

All Aska valves are designed by engineering staff with considerable experience. Aska has integrated the latest manufacturing system to achieve the world's highest quality level. Designed by CAD system, manufactured by CNC machining centers and controlled with Manufacture Planning system.
We have taken these steps to provide our customers the very best.

1. THE ORIGINAL VALVE
   All of Aska valves are manufactured with customer's order. Valve design reflects customers specifications,so the valves are all unique. Selections for example,heating jacket,connections,operators,flushing valves etc.
2. HEATING UNIFORMITY
   For heating, full jacket(heating shell) type has no local heat nor cooled part. Flanges with jacket are also available.
3. DEAD SPACE FREE
   No dead space in the valve and it follows smooth fluid flow pass.
4. BUFFINFG
   Mirror-Buffing finish is available. It also provides smooth fluid flow pass.
5. TIGHTER SEALING
   Valve seat and valve disc are all stellite welded face. High precision machining assures a tight seal even under vacuum.
6. HEAT TREATMENT
   Welded valves are aged by heat treatment to avoid physical stress deformation.
7. INSPECTION AND TEST
   In addition to maker's standard inspection, operation and leakage test at customer specified high temperature is available.
8. DESIGN CODE
   JIS, JPI, ANSI and DIN standard can be applied. Other standard can be applied on request.
9. MATERIALS
   Stainless steel is standard : CF8(SS304), CF8M(SS316) etc. Special materials like Hastelloy(R), Titanium, Carpenter(R), Monel(R), Nickel etc are applicable on request. Teflon(R) Coating, Lining available.
