We manufacture unique valves that are easy to use and that meet the needs ofmatch your piping system.
From low pressure to high pressure, our valves can handle a range of applications.
We can provide certified high pressure gas valves.
Flush bottom tank valves are also called tank bottom outlet valves or Y-type flush bottom valves.
These valves are used to extract the fluid from a tank (reaction tank).

Diverter valves are used to change or separate the flow from the pipeline.
Our diverter valves can switch flow channels from 3 way up to 7 way.
3-way diverter valves
Large 3-way diverter valves
5-way diverter valves
7-way diverter valves
When opened, the piston (ram) type disc travels out of the flow channel
to enable full bore (fully open flow rate).
As a result, there is no dead space, and no fluid stagnates inside the valve.
There is no dead space after installation, regardless of the position of the tank.
These valves can be installed at an angle to the tank by inclining the valve tip.

Sampling valves and drain valves extract the fluid directly
from the pipeline.
The disc tip is contoured to match the inner diameter (curve) of the pipe, so as not to disrupt the fluid flow when the valve is closed.
Vertical and horizontal models are available. In the horizontal models,
the stem with its specially designed tip shape ensures smooth flow when the valve is open.

Injection valves inject small amounts of liquid (such as catalysts and additives) into pipelines. The seat is at the tip of the valve, so the fluid flow in the pipelines does not reverse. We design our valves to suit your operating conditions.

These are the optimal valves for polymers.
There is no difference in the level of the flow channels at full bore,
and there is no gap between the body and the plug,
so fluids do not stagnate.
In addition, the plug is lifted slightly prior to opening/closing,
so the process can be performed easily without friction
between the seat and the plug.
The 3-way type can switch flow channels while the fluid flows out to two outlets without stopping the fluid.

Almost any shape of valve can be made a control type.

These valves feature minimal pressure loss.
They are used for straight fluid flow.
No pockets form inside the valve. The polymer does not stagnate, so the quality of the fluid is not reduced.

In a die head valve, the strand die head and the polymer closing valve are integrated.
The design prevents stagnation within the manifold,
ensuring that the strands are discharged uniformly.
It is designed to prevent fluid from sticking to the die plate surface.

Teflon® and other coatings and linings are available for Aska valves.
In addition to the above-mentioned products,
we supply special valves and related equipment suited to the wishes of the customer.
